For overseas transactions, you are able to key in a maximum of 3 counts on a wrong pin before your Hugosave Platinum Visa Debit Card is locked.

Do note though, for transactions in Singapore, you can usually either use Paywave or insert the card to the terminal via Chip-based validation to perform a transaction. There is no requirement for a pin validation for transactions.
