Hugosave strictly abides by the respective rules and regulations of Singapore Law and is regulated as a Major Payment Institution (MPI) by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) under the Payment Services Act (No. 2 of 2019).
Hugosave will meet the legal, regulatory and other requirements including providing assistance to law enforcement, judicial and other government agencies, where necessary.
