An Assets Under Management (AUM) fee will be charged in arrears on the first day of the following calendar month (“charge date”). A 0.0417% fee will be charged based on the prevailing market value (as of the charge date) of the average Portfolio holdings owned by you in the previous month; this amounts to 0.5% annually.
Do note that the minimum charge for the AUM fee will be S$0.01 as this is the minimum legal tender.
Formula: Prevailing market value on 1st of month * Average daily ETF Portfolio * AUM fee
