Can non-Singaporean users sign up to Hugosave?

Hugosave is currently available for users in Singapore who are 18 years and over and hold either an NRIC or FIN national identity card for Singapore.

This includes:

• Singaporean Nationals
• Singaporean Permanent Residents (PRs)

Foreign Nationals with a Singapore Residence who hold one of the following:

• • Work Permits
    
  • S Pass
  • Employment Pass
  • EntrePass
  • Training Employment Pass
  • Personalised Employment Pass
  • Work Holiday Pass
  • Dependant's Pass
  • Long Term Visit Pass
