Proof of Address
Hugosave account holders who wants to complete a full account opening are required to provide full proof of ID and address through uploading a National Identity photo ID - NRIC or FIN and providing a selfie.
Likewise, If further information is required, you will receive an email from the Hugosave Compliance team with a link for you to upload the necessary documents. The validity of the documents should not exceed 3 months from the date of submission.
Please do note that acceptable proofs of address include the following:
- Bank or credit card statement
- Utility bill: gas, electricity, or landline phone
- Mobile phone bills - we accept a bill from any of these providers that match the mobile number you used for registration to the app - Singtel, M1, My Republic and or StarHub
- Tax bill
- Vehicle registration or vehicle tax
- Employment letter (from Singapore incorporated companies only)
- Any other government or financial institution issued document
*Upload Note: We accept standard image files - PNG, JPEG etc and PDFs. and you can upload multiple documents into our portal provided.
